The only complaint I would have with these is that they’re a little difficult to put on since they’re teeny tiny. For someone like me who was looking for small gold hoops to wear 24/7, these were perfect. They even stay in when I wash my hair! They don’t ever leave any weird green color on my ears. They’re so lightweight I forget I’m even wearing them but I get compliments on them all the time! Highly highly highly recommend!!!! I’ll definitely get myself another pair and probably as gifts for friends too.

The first issue with these 12mm hoop earrings was that they turned out to be too thin and too small. It was a struggle to get them into the ear and then to get them to close was a bigger hurdle. Secondly I expected 14k to be more like gold but to me these seemed like 10k gold. I am originally from India and have always worn 22k gold since we wear 22k gold back home. My skin is hypersensitive and I have a gazillion allergies to just about everything. The 14k gold backfired for me and after three days of wearing these hoops my left ear was very painful and started getting infected with pus. I cannot wear anything besides pure gold due to my skin and I recognize pure gold very well. I immediately took them off and bought 22k gold hoops from another Indian jeweler and within two days my ear was back to normal. I am not sure if it was my sensitivity to very less gold in these hoops or something else??

These are exactly what I was looking for. I recently lost some of my favorite gold hoops and these make up for them greatly. I got the 14mm for my first lobe piercing and the 12mm for my second lobe piercing. By “flexible” they mean that the hoop will easily flex open and closed to make it easier to put them into the piercing. They are a bit difficult to actually secure once they’re in but it’s nothing impossible. Once they’re on, you can barely feel them. Perfect for a minimalist look or to be paired with other hoops or studs. For now, I’m fully satisfied. If anything goes wrong, i’ll make an update on the review.UPDATE: I have had these for 7 months and wear them every single day in the shower, at the beach, etc. They have not tarnished one bit, have not given me any reactions, and are still very intact. One of my best amazon finds!

I got the smallest size for my bottom lobe piercings. They are pretty, not too hard to put in (hint: put them in from back to front so you can see what you are doing), and they do not irritate my super sensitive ears. I’ve had them in continuously since I got them, and don’t even notice they are there. They go with everything!

I bought these as comfortable rings to leave in permanently. They are light weight and very easy to wear/sleep in. I’m ordering another set in a smaller size for my other lobe piercings.
